Woody has found a partner. I can't say for sure whether it is a male or female. I didn't get a good enough facial shot of the blue one. Either way, I am happy to see Woody starting a little mini flock. These are horrible pictures. I took them from the patio door. I had it open about 5 inches wide, but had to keep blocking two little creepy dogs who wanted to out and chase things away. The first time Rachel told me they were there, I got in position, but another bird chased them away. It was really acting hostile and continued to chase them from branch to branch in the hackberry tree. The eventually came back, but that time I didn't have the photo card in the camera. Rachel brought it to me, and I rapid fired about 100 shots before they flew off again. These are the best of the bunch. I didn't even bother to copyright them- they are that bad.
