We had a rare visitor for our yard. This is a mourning Dove.

These are for comparison. They are white-winged Doves.

I don't mind the squirrels eating seeds on the ground.

Linheimer's Senna

This is not a great shot, but I wanted you to see this guy munching on the berries of the Condalia trees. He has one in his mouth.

This one is to show you the effects of rain on my picture taking. The little white specks are raindrops. The camera focused on them, making it very hard to get a good shot of the Cardinal.

This is the best one I could get. He plucked a berry just after I clicked.

This is an immature male Cardinal. Notice that his beak isn't orange, yet.

Here you see Miss Olive standing guard under the tree with all the bird feeders.

House Sparrow

This crazy little titmouse spent more time nibbling from the bottom of the cake than he did standing on top.

I love mocking birds. The sprinkling rain was still a problem, but it is "alright".

There must have been some juicy insects in the branch pile.

This poor Cardinal needs new tail feathers.

All of the rose bushes are showing new growth. I mentioned it to Rachel, and she said it is because she trimmed them.

The rest of these pictures are flowers from the front landscaping. That's Rachel's domain, and I have no clue what most of them are.
