I picked a crazy day to sit outside looking at birds. It was a bit windy and the ashe juniper (mountain cedar) pollen count was already 10.8, which is considered high. Now my eyes are about as itchy as they can be. I've learned over the years not to rub them, because that just intensifies the itch. I could eat a handful of Benadryls, but then I would spend the day in a foggy pink haze with only a modicum of relief. Oh well... Life goes on... Look at the pretty birdies!
