Today, I went on the Class 50 field trip to the Sanctuary of Headwaters at Incarnate Word. It rained a little off and on, but that didn't ruin the wonderful learning that was taking place. We heard a lot about how to manage an urban natural area and more than you'd believe about trees.

One note: The brown headed cowbird was on my feeder at home.
