Time to Mow 04-28-2023

We have had so much rain that I had no choice but to mow the back yard. The dogs were disappearing in the grass! It was hard work since the ground was so wet. Plus, on one side of the lawn, a bluejay kept dive bombing me. I finally figured out why! You will see his fledgling hiding in a tree in the photos.

My very old Black and Decker electric lawn mower. It is falling apart, but still gets the job done!
Contrast between mowed lawn and the Wildzone. If I didn't mow, the whole lawn would be like that! I would be okay with that. Rachel would divorce me, get the house in the settlement, and hire a Chippendale lawnboy, like the ones we used to have years ago.
Another view of the contrast...

This is one of Rachel's salvia plants. It closely resembles the Mealy Blue Sage, but is different.
